Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene strips remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Hand over your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
